General information

PJSC "SFI" (SFI) is a public diversified investment holding company that owns and manages assets from various sectors of the Russian economy. SFI combines assets in the leasing and insurance industries, invests in large minority stakes in industrial and retail companies, and develops IT startups. SFI owns 49% of the VSK insurance company, has investments in company traded on the Moscow Exchange M.Video-Eldorado (retailer of electronics and home appliances, share 9.87%, MOEX: MVID).

SFI development strategy

The main objectives of the SFI strategy are to expand investment opportunities and increase the set of value creation tools at the level of the holding company's assets and the holding company overall.
SFI's development is to involve the selection of assets from investment baskets: public and private companies. This approach makes it possible to make the asset portfolio more balanced and reach the target returns at a given risk level.
